Alkaline and Acidic Fruit

in the recipe book, you talk about combining fruits with chicken and fish. 

And you say there's alkaline fruit? Say there's acid?

And what are some other alkaline, other acidic cause I I try to combine them? 

But then I wasn't sure if that was acidic or alkaline?

Acid are your citrus fruits.

Sub acid are your apples.
